  2. Take 1 tbsp desi ghee on heated kadai
  3. Now take one small bowl makhana on kadai
  4. Roast makhana with ghee till it turn little brown in colour
  5. Keep the gas flame sim to medium
  6. Take one piece makhana from kadai and break it  to see its became crunchy or not
  7. Now take roasted makhana in a bowl and mix half cup home made low fat curd
  8. Mix makhana with curd very well and keep it for 15 min to soak
  9. Bring the bowl after 15 min and mix some fruits with it
  10. Add few small pieces of apple, banana and black grapes
  11. Mix all the fruits with makhana. You can add any fruits of your choice
  12. Garnish with roasted seeds. Here I have added chia seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. You can add other seeds too like watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds etc.
