4. In a mixer grinder jar, add roasted oats, roasted peanuts, 1 inch cinnamon stick, add 2 dates, 1 tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, one ripe banana. Cut the banana into small pieces and then add into the jar. At last add one glass of water.
